Target Spring Fashion Designs by Jason Wu
After an amazing tweet-chat hosted by Interior Designer Chat with special guest Parson’s Fashion PR and Marketing Professor, Tom Handley, we decided to take to our blog to discuss one of our favorite topics, designer collaborations.
Breaking news has shown that Jason Wu, young acclaimed fashion designer, who is one of Michelle Obama’s favorite designers, has teamed up with Target to bring a gorgeous and AFFORDABLE fashion line straight to the masses.
With the recent success of Missoni’s collab with Target having almost completely sold out and crashing Target’s website, Wu is another designer who will bring the fashion limelight straight to the next level with his line for the mega superstore dropping on February 5th.
Wu, a 29 year-old Taiwanese-American power fashion designer, has already wowed the fashion world with his chic and easy-to-wear garments coupled with his gorgeous gowns. His latest line features Parisian-style attire full of peplum tops, flowey blouses, and pleated dresses and skirts in array of spring /summer color choices.
The romantic stylings of his design truly shine in this Target collaboration showing off A-Line dresses, lacey garments, and a handful of playful handbags.
What we truly love about Jason Wu is his modern sophistication that speaks to the woman-on-the-go or his evening dresses for high-end events and elite cocktail hours. The looks he creates are severely effortless and fuss-free, yet modern and full of eye-catching elegance.
This major collection dropping early next month is a small sliver into the world of this young talent whose eye for design withstands the test of time through classic and timeless silhouettes.
