To ensure complete satisfaction, after receiving the full payment for the rug that interest you either by credit cards or wire transfer, we will ship any one rug of your choice to you free of charge any where in united states to experience first hand the quality of its design, color, and texture.
*If for any reason you decide the rug is not for you, within 3 days after the delivery you, may return it for a full refund. You will only be responsible for the return shipping cost and the insurance. Nazmiyal will help you find the most economical way to ship the rug back to us. If we do not hear from you within three days, the sale is considered final.
In addition to the above, all sales are considered final if:
- You agreed to buy the rug without needing to see it in person or trying it out in the space.
- You are not able to try the rug in your space or accept delivery for more than 3 days after the order is placed.
- You had requested specific alterations to be made to the rug.
- The rug had been damaged while in your care.
- No one was at the location (that you specified) to receive the delivery (in the event that the rug was returned to Nazmiyal, the buyer will be charged all shipping and handling charges).
Customers located overseas, will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges in addition to any local duty and / or vat charges. (Learn how to roll up your rugs and carpets)
