  2. We professionally pack and ship your rug to you (U.S. orders—where eligible).
  3. You place it in your space and take up to 3 days after delivery to decide.

This is designed to let you confirm the rug’s scale, palette, texture, and feel in your real lighting and layout—because that’s what matters.


Returns & Refunds: Purchase Policy

Returning within 3 days

If you decide the rug isn’t right for your home, you may return it within 3 days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price,
as long as the rug is returned in appropriate condition.

You are responsible for:

  • Return shipping cost
  • Return insurance

We will gladly help you choose the most economical and appropriate return shipping method.

After 3 days

If we do not hear from you within 3 days of delivery, the sale is considered final.


When Sales Are Considered Final: Nazmiyal Purchase Policy

To keep everything fair and consistent, sales are considered final in situations such as:

  • You confirmed the purchase without needing to see the rug in person or without an in-home approval.
  • You are unable to receive delivery or complete your in-home tryout within 3 days of delivery.
  • You requested alterations or custom modifications (cutting, binding, resizing, or special finishing).
  • The rug was damaged while in your care.
  • No one was available to receive the shipment at the delivery location you provided (and the shipment is returned and/or rerouted; the buyer may be charged shipping/handling).

Return-shipping estimates: Costs vary by rug size, weight, destination, and insured value. If you’d like a rough ballpark estimate before ordering, please contact us.


International Orders and Nazmiyal Purchase Policy

For customers outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance, as well as any local duties, VAT, or import taxes.

This purchase policy applies to private consumers only. If you are in the trade (designer, dealer, architect, or auction house),
