The drawing is classical — a meandering vine lattice of the kind that has ordered floral rug design for centuries — but the palette has been drained almost to monochrome, leaving the coral to do the accenting alone. Silk gives the stems a slight lift against the ground, so the lattice reads clearly without strong contrast.
