Both halves of this Spanish vintage rug feature repeated designs, which are reinforced by the overall reflection. The small floral figures are surrounded by pale geometric traceries of vines and delicate leaves, along with almost ghostly versions of the primary flowers. The rectangle of the outer edge is bounded by two darker strips, each with a darkly delineated and angular vine that wraps the perimeter of the vintage Spanish rug.
