Four large circles stack up the centre of the field, each overlapping the one beneath: burnt orange at the top, a periwinkle disc behind it, then butter cream and sage green. A dark brown column runs the full height to their right. At the foot, an ochre block and a rust rectangle close the stack off.
The composition reads vertically, which is unusual at this scale — the eye climbs it rather than crossing it, and the brown column holds the whole pile upright. The wool and silk pile bends light around each curve, so the discs read as rounded rather than as flat cut circles. It is geometric rug drawing built almost entirely from one shape.
At 6 ft by 9 ft the upright composition suits an entry or a study, where it is seen end-on; the 6 x 9 size rugs show comparable pieces. Price is available on request, and the Atelier weaves to specification as a custom rug.
