Vividly colored borders feature rows of divided lozenges with contrasting quadrants that are used to defeat the forces of the evil eye. The boldly decorated compartments feature further subdivisions filled with stepped lozenges and ancient goz symbols that are outlined with ultramarine details. The colorful symbols and delicate neutrals that embellish the formal compartments are subtly contrasted by the gradient background, which incorporates varied hues of dark taupe, burnt umber and maroon enhanced with nuanced undertones.
