Vintage Turkish Kilim, Mid 20th Century — Set with angular movements and shapes, this graceful rug creates a defining balance in its presentation. Traditionally natural in the placement of petals, blossoms and leaves, this kilim creates an almost life-like display in the depth of the colors chosen. Leafy greens, crystalline blues, passionate vermilions and royal reds are given character in the darker tones that complement their hues. A mahogany border surrounds the central rectangle, and similar floral elements are woven as a common motif throughout the piece.
