Majestic Antique Ukrainian Floral Rug, Country of Origin: Continental Rug, Circa date: 1850 –
The gorgeous sky blue background creates a gentle, earthy feel against the brown and red floral elements. This captivating antique European rug is reminiscent of a rose garden in late summer when the last of the blooms are in their full glory and the fall chill is beginning to show in the leaves. The weaver was able to capture the essence of a garden gate just in time for the blooms to begin to fade.
