Breathtaking Antique Turkish Angora Oushak Rug, Country of Origin: Turkey, Circa Date: 1900 — Gentle creamy ivory tones and vibrant tangerine orange hues mix together to formulate an exotic display of comfort and style in this antique rug made from Angora wool. A spectrum of color marks the path of the borders, with the darkest instances of orange decorating the outermost frames. The second set of bars are embroidered an olive gold and they give way to three white borders of varying sizes, their forms given individuality according to the distinct and playful activity of the leaves within. Within the antique Turkish Oushak carpet’s middle is a vivid vermilion field, home to several white fronds and blossoms.
