Structurally, the composition of this vintage Moroccan area rug consists of a lattice pattern of crisscrossing dark brown lines – a design very typical and characteristic of the style. Where this rug really asserts its own identity, however, also occurs at this lattice work, which is tantalizingly outlined in fetching shades of purple and orange. Occasional subtle tribal details appear throughout, imbuing this vintage Moroccan carpet with tremendous energy.
