Several intricate borders frame the body of the prayer design motif, with each frame featuring chains of tangerine and scarlet daisy and orchid blossoms. Within the focal area of this antique Turkish prayer rug, an allover repeating pattern fills up the negative space, drawing the attention of the viewer with accents of teal in the background of each carmine flower.
