How the Return Process Works
Our return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and worry-free:
Notify Us: Please contact our team within 3 days of receiving your rug to ask for a return authorization.
Please make sure the rug is securely packed in its original packaging or an equivalent.
Ship It Back: We’ll assist with the most reliable shipping method. You may use your own carrier or our insured return service for convenience.
Receive Your Refund: Once the rug arrives safely at our New York showroom, we’ll issue your refund promptly.
If you prefer to exchange your piece for another rug, we’ll help you find the perfect replacement with the same care and attention we bring to every transaction.
Our 3-Day Return Privilege
Every purchase made through Nazmiyal Collection includes a full 3-day return privilege. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it within three (3) days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
