Bold zig-zags in aubergine outlined in saffron yellow repeat verically across the specked field of this exciting Gabbeh. The field, reminiscent of a poinitilist painting by Seurat, is further animated by a scatter of small abstract forms in different colors. A bold ladder design in a varied array of colors makes up the border, playing nicely off the multi-colored fillers of the field.
