The flowers are arranged in rows, which continue down the length in an exactly measured repetition. A white bar edges the central area, showcasing square and circular floral designs. The widest border is a sunny strip punctuated by large, many-petaled white flowers and tiny, abstract red blooms flanked by leaf-green strips. A narrow, warm orange and white band encloses the entire Malayer rug.
