“Rug Art” – Antique Rug Exhibition

Rug Art Antique Rug Exhibition - The Nazmiyal Collection in New York City is proud to announce an exciting new exhibition. Beginning on October 3, we will be showing an exciting selection of antique rugs as "Rug Art." This exhibition is made up of an eclectic collection that spans the centuries. The exciting collection that we have assembled for this exhibition features period pieces from the 17 th century through breathtaking rugs from the Art Deco period. Exciting examples of antique Persian rugs, antique Turkish rugs, antique Chinese rugs, and other styles, contrast vividly with turn of the twentieth century and mid-twentieth century examples from Scandinavia, Morocco, France, and more.
