A Beautiful Small Size Antique Ottoman Embroidery Textile, Country Of Origin: Turkey, Circa Date: 18th Century – This magnificent antique Ottoman embroidered textile was made in Turkey around the 18th century. This beautiful antique textile features embroidered floral-inspired designs using both red and blue tones on a field of more neutral colors. The neutral colors make the more vibrant colors pop, making this design extremely eye catching.

The antique textile’s interior design is complex and the floral elements are interlocking, making this a demonstration of immense skill. The amount of time required to create complicated embroidery on a small scale, especially during the Ottoman period, makes this small size antique textile extremely impressive as well as being a very special historical piece. The design itself features floral elements that resemble multiple different types of flowers. This makes the design very dynamic and interesting to look at.
